Dominic Johnson M.Ost BSc (Hons)

Principal Osteopath and Director

Dominic trained at The British School of Osteopathy here in London – the oldest and largest school of Osteopathy in Europe, gaining a Masters Degree in Osteopathy. He also has an Honours Degree in Biomedical Science, specialising in Physiology, along with diplomas in Sports Injury and Remedial Massage as well as Western Medical Acupuncture and is a certified RockTape practitioner. Over his career Dominic has helped many international sportsman and women back to health including multiple world champions in various disciplines. 

Dominic provides an extensive, holistic and structural approach to your osteopathic examination, diagnosis, therapy and rehabilitation; and delivers a bespoke treatment to each patient whether their pain is caused by postural problems at work, degenerative and overuse disorders, pregnancy related musculoskeletal pain or injuries picked up on the sports field. Whatever the issue, chronic or acute, Dominic will aim to reduce symptoms, speed recovery and prevent reoccurrence.

Dominic will always aim to provide the most comprehensive treatment and deliver the highest standard of care, while at the same time making you feel completely at ease.

Dominic is regulated by the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of The Institute of Osteopathy.

Alexandra Freeman M.Ost MA (Hons)

Registered Osteopath

Alexandra trained at The London School of Osteopathy where she graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy. In addition she has a Joint MA Honours from The University of Edinburgh in French and Spanish.

Alexandra has a particular interest in paediatrics and women’s health. She obtained her Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy from the Osteopathic Centre for Children. This two year paediatric diploma has been awarded by the leading providers of paediatric osteopathic education in the world and is recognised within the osteopathic community as such. The treatment of paediatrics covers newborns to teenagers and spans diverse issues.

Children and newborns can have many issues when young such as breast and bottle feeding difficulties, digestive issues, head shape issues in babies such as plagiocephaly, sleeping disorders, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, baby reflux, baby colic, digestive and respiratory issues. The treatment of paediatrics is also inextricably intertwined with the treatment of pregnant and post partum mothers. 

Alexandra lectures undergraduate osteopaths at The London School of Osteopathy. She has three teenage children of her own.

Emma Bundle M.Ost

Emma graduated from Swansea University with a first class Master’s degree in osteopathy. She has experience treating a wide range of patients in both private and NHS clinics, and comprehensive examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation are the cornerstones of her osteopathic approach. Emma enjoys seeing patients of all ages and backgrounds regain their health and independence following treatment.

Further qualifications in medical acupuncture and Advanced Kinesiotaping mean Emma can offer a broad range of treatments, providing tailored treatment plans to suit each individual. A keen interest in diet and nutrition are also incorporated into her holistic approach to healing.

With a great passion for the outdoors, Emma has a background in long-distance running, weight training and bouldering. Working alongside a rugby team has provided Emma with strong experience of sporting injuries and an ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions affecting both athletes and other individuals. This means she understands the frustration that injury can bring, and
frequently incorporates specific exercise rehabilitation into patients’ recovery.

Emma’s skill when identifying and optimising the body’s coping mechanisms provides both answers and relief for her patients, getting them back on their feet as soon as possible.

Living in London for 9 years, Melanie was studying to become a wedding planner when she developed some medical issues and became interested in health. Her passion for food and health grew, which naturally led her to study Naturopathic Nutrition. She earned her degree as a Nutritional Therapist from the renowned center of nutrition education, the College of Naturopathic Nutrition Medicine based in London.

During her studies, she developed a big interest in Gut issues. She became an expert in this area and her main objective is to find out the root causes of your issues to identify what imbalance or dysfunction is at the heart of a specific health condition to heal or manage it in a sustainable way.
