Jennie supports her patients through education and advice, manual therapy, tailored exercise programmes, myofascial release techniques, stretching, and acupuncture when appropriate. She also offers home Pilates sessions and online Pilates recordings.

Her expertise in pelvic health led to a passion for pregnancy and post-natal Pilates. Seeing the significant improvements even a few sessions could bring inspired her to combine musculoskeletal physiotherapy with pelvic health to create truly individualised rehabilitation programmes.

FourTherapy unites the four core elements of her practice:
Women’s health physiotherapy, men’s health physiotherapy, acupuncture, and Pilates.

Jennie graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. She progressed to senior musculoskeletal roles before focusing fully on pelvic health. She has extensive experience within both the NHS and private sector and has been self-employed since 2020, working across several clinics in South-West and Central London.

She has in-depth experience treating urinary and bowel continence problems, overactive bladder, prolapse, ante- and post-natal concerns, perineal tears, C-section scars, and pre-/post-prostatectomy patients. She also treats specialist conditions such as sexual dysfunction, vulvodynia, vaginismus, bladder pain syndrome (BPS), chronic pelvic pain (CPP), and painful intercourse.

Her approach is intentionally patient-centred and collaborative, designing treatment plans around each individual’s goals and functional needs.

Jennie is an APPI Mat Level 1 & 2 Pilates Instructor, combining Pilates with physiotherapy to support strength, posture, balance and recovery. She teaches both ante-natal and post-natal Pilates.

She is an affiliate member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) group and Pelviva, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), and registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). She continually updates her knowledge through courses, research and engagement with pelvic health networks.

She is additionally trained in medical acupuncture through the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) — the largest professional body for physiotherapists practising acupuncture in the UK — having completed over 300 hours of accredited theoretical and practical training. Jennie incorporates medical acupuncture into her physiotherapy treatments to support pain relief, reduce inflammation, and enhance rehabilitation.
