Retention Policy
We will retain personal data for the duration of your treatment and for eight years after your final appointment in line with legal and professional obligations. Records for minors will be retained until the patient reaches the age of 25.

Each collaborating practitioner operates as an independent data controller and is responsible for their own data protection compliance. All data sharing is carried out in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection legislation.
Cliniko, Ideal Receptionist and Paper notes
Wandsworth Town Osteopathy stores electronic patient records on Cliniko, a secure cloud-based practice management system located in Australia. Cliniko operates under GDPR-compliant contractual safeguards.
We also use Ideal Receptionist, a virtual reception service. They do not record calls and process appointment information securely via Cliniko systems. All associated email systems use two-factor authentication.
Paper notes, where used, are stored securely within the clinic.
